Everyone learns differently. Traditional, inclusive classrooms are too often unable to accommodate those with different learning styles which, in turn, compromise their engaged ability to learn. At Webster Educational Services Inc., we believe that knowledge and skills learned today translate into success tomorrow. We offer full-service academic support programs to all learners, from junior kindergarteners to adults within Waterloo Region and beyond. Our tutorial services are all one-on-one, and our educators are equipped to address the learning and behavioural needs of students, with additional expertise for those with learning disabilities and special needs.

Our mission is to facilitate improved academic performance, strong efficient work habit development and increased self-confidence in our students. Our owner/director has 41 years of teaching experience and has worked at many levels within the Waterloo Region District School Board. We have extensive experience and expertise in maneuvering the educational system. We work closely with teachers in schools to ensure the highest level of support for our students.

IEPs and More for Special Needs
We are knowledgeable about psychological assessments as they are used to support students with special needs. Additionally, we help parents and students understand their individual education plans (IEPs), which are used to outline alternative expectations for a particular grade, subject or course. IEPs explain the accommodations and/or modifications needed for special needs students to attain success. We offer our special needs support in many areas, including but not limited to AD(H)D, executive functioning disorder, Autism, Down syndrome, dyslexia, math and reading disabilities, mental health issues, nonverbal learning disabilities, and Tourette syndrome.

Our educators are patient and won’t give up on a student who is struggling. We build strong relationships with our students and use our knowledge and education to motivate them to achieve their educational goals.
